Mugimba, chair of the AFCON local communications and signage committee: “Mandela National Stadium, Namboole, and Hoima City Stadium will serve as Uganda’s two primary host venues for AFCON.”

According to a document from the secretariat Mandela and Hoima have been allocated to host AFCON 2027.
AFCON will be held from 19th June -18 July 2027.
