Yoga helps strengthen children's growing bodies and helps them to improve their flexibility which can reduce their chance of injury, yoga teaches discipline and reduce impulsivity and also teaches children discipline as they work on cleaning their minds and perfecting their poses.

Eye strain is related to stress, so practicing eye yoga may work in two ways: by actually stimulating the muscles that move your eye and strengthening them, and by bringing down stress levels and eye yoga can be done at your desk and your asanas in between other tasks. By taking a bit of time out of your day for yoga and relaxation, you can significantly reduce your level of eye discomfort, blurry vision and other symptoms.

Normally, despite all this lockdown, curfew, covid_19 global pandemic, malaria, and other diseases let's be positive and listen to our heart we all know that we are all facing some serious problems this days all around the world then my only suggestion is: let's love and protect one another through this.

Despite the pandemic of -19 let's be positive we know all that we miss the yoga for kids but let's stay at home and spread the positive messages let's love one another and create peace within our community indeed.
please do some yoga flow every morning (sun salutations) and wash your hands and please keep the social distances.

Namaste, join and do these morning yoga flow, we know that everything is locked but don't forget to treat your body and your mind in a positive way, don't listen to false information just be you trust the voice in your heart ♥️

12. relax , the repeat the same movement in like 15 to 20 minutes.
this is the great way to energize the body in the morning, these sun salutations will improve blood circulation, purify your blood, and strength the physical body.
the lung, digestive system, as well as muscles and joints will benefit from practicing these sun salutations.
