Rwenzori scuba divers and salvage in collaboration with Ministry of Water and environment during the National Water and Environment week last month and also glad to have the Uganda Police Marine Unit who are partners in diving and environmental clean up of the Beaches and other water bodies to ensure zero plastic to our Oceans.

Global Recycling day 18th March 2026 was marked with one of the International Beverage Companies supporting Rugby in Uganda supported the Rugby Africa Cup qualifiers 2027 in 2025 and all the empty bottles were recycled into useful products like phone holders, laptop stands, flower verse, Pens, Rugby Coaching boards among others to reduce plastic waste into our Lakes and rivers which ends up in the Oceans.

Our ultimate Goal is to advocate for Blue Oceans that are plastic free through such interventions and diving for debris in Uganda Water bodies.

Plastic waste management is key to save our Environment and the Oceans.
