Do you have a favorite piece of equipment at our Aberdeen location? Or maybe you’re wanting to a new one out? This is my current favorite, the stair climber (stair mill, stair stepper), and it is new to our gym as of last December. I start my workout with 15-20 mins on the stair climber prior to lifting. This is a great way to get your cardio in without losing the booty you’ve been working on!
