Located at the beach area at Blue Bluff Campground Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30PM-7:30PM $75.00/month Begins August 6th, 2013 FREE B TRAIN Fitness logo t-shirt with initial registration Instructor: Susan Ervin Boot Camp at the Bluff is for all shapes, sizes, and skill levels. We want to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Maybe you are looking to get in shape, lose a little weight, lose inches, meet like-minded individuals. This is a great opportunity for you! The way the class is structured, it doesn't matter if you are beginner or advanced. You will get an equally tough workout. We can make exercise modifications or exercise substitutions to work with you.

[10/22/13]   Hey everyone this is Shawn! Unfortunately, I have to be the bearer of bad news and say that we have to discontinue the class effective immediately. There have been a lot of factors that have gone into this decision and we greatly appreciate your support and participation. I know that you have paid for the full month and what I will do is I will continue to post workouts on this page so you will know what to do. I will also give you the option of credit for a full month membership at the Amory location, credit for the next transformation challenge, or credit for clothing at B TRAIN Fitness. If you have any questions, please contact us.

[10/17/13]   Okay everyone! I will be posting another workout for all of you to do tonight or you can come and join us in class in Amory tonight! The owners of the building we are looking at were unable to meet until Tuesday morning! I know you have all paid money to come to a class and I fully understand that. The reason I keep updating you is because in no way do I want you to feel like you are being taken advantage of or given the run around. I don't like this, but I'm working very hard to get an indoor location. All of you who have signed up for the month of October I promise I will not let your patience go unnoticed! 30 Squats
30 Pushups
30 Leg Lifts (6 inches to 12 inches)
90 Crunches

Completing all 4 of these exercises is completing 1 Round! Start a timer and complete 5 rounds as fast as you can! Once you complete this workout, please comment with your times! - Shawn

[10/15/13]   Good afternoon everybody! This is Shawn! I want to let you know what the status of an indoor location looks like. I have found a building and the hold up has been getting some information from my insurance company to give to the owners of the building. I have finally received that information and I'm working on taking the next steps. I say all of this because I don't want you to feel like you are getting the run around. I know we've had to change locations a couple of times and I'm working on getting everything settled. I hope to have all of this complete so you can all exercise there on Thursday of this week. You are more than welcome to come to class in Amory tonight. There are classes at 5:30PM and 6:30PM. If you cannot make it to class no problem. I will post a workout for you later this afternoon that you can do at home. Thank you so much for your understanding and for your patience.

[10/08/13]   Hey everyone, Shawn here! I'm still working on an indoor location for Boot Camp...I've just run into a couple of hiccups that I'm working through! I am so happy to have many of you with us still and we miss those of you who have stopped attending. I know that life can get busy with ballgames and other events. So, my question to you is this: Are there other days or other times that would work better with your schedule? Please give feedback so we know which direction to go!
