Update from the Ranch:
Eljomar family. Unfortunately, due to risks with the COVID-19 virus, we are going to stop all access to the ranch for the next 14 days. If there is anything that you need or we can help with, please contact us by phone, email or FB Messenger. The only people that will be allowed access will be Eljomar employees. We are very sorry for the inconvenience but it is critical to the safety of our clients and staff.
On a good news note, we have had four healthy foals this month and all are doing well. We will be taking pictures tomorrow and posting for all to see. We will also be a introducing a few new additions to the Ranch.
Thank you for everyone's patience, support and understanding. We hope that you and your families stay safe and healthy
Good morning from the Ranch. Today is a day to celebrate, especially with all the negative in the world right now. We would like to welcome Eljomars newest addition. Mona gave birth to her foal in the early morning hours. Mommy and baby are doing great.
It will be a few days before you can see her running around the property, but she is already proving to be very active.
It's Friday on the Ranch and all is going well. We seem to be drying out nicely and the creek is flowing and the banks are receding. So far, we are not having any issues with flooding.
So far are are able to continue business as usual and have had no impact from the COVID-19 issues. We hope that everyone is safe, healthy and doing well.
Have a great weekend
Happy Friday from the Ranch. We are pleased to announce that Cassie Bengston will be joining the Eljomar Team March 30th. She will be working weekday mornings to help with the chores. Cassie has worked at Spurs and has taken lessons at Eljomar. We are happy to have her as part of our team. Please join us in welcoming her.
We have repaired the lighting in the Arena and are working on the new stalls inside. Drainage repairs seem to be having a good result as well. Pictures coming soon along with more updates.
Have a great weekend!

Good Morning everyone. We are now entering our 3rd month as the new owners. It has been great getting to know everyone and a lot of work getting into a routine. We have made a few repairs and upgrades to the facility with more to come. The main project we are working on centers around correcting the drainage issue in the pens. We are also happy to welcome Anna Moser to our EMJ team. She will helping with weekend chores.
We will also be hosting a clinic this weekend with Lisa Gebhart instructing. There are 2 sessions and we will have a pot luck in between for the participants. If you have any suggestions for future clinics, please let us know. We are happy to facilitate them.
We do have openings for Lessons, outside boarding and a couple slots for stall boarding. If you are interested or know someone that is, please contact Caylee or Rob by phone, email or IM.

Chylah 2019 colt by Rhocky Rhoad
This big fellow FINALLY made my dream come true, that I have been Chase N for as long as I can remember. To breed a quality Black Purebred Arabian colt by Rhocky Rhoad that is White Spotting 15 (this Purebred line's pinto markings).
This colt is only 2 hours old, in this photo! He's beautifully marked, has a fantastic croup, masculine Arabian head, deep set shoulder, elegant neck, is super curious about the world around him, and he's quite large!
His sire, Rhocky Rhoad-- is a Khemosabi grandson out of a Bey Shah and Padron granddaughter. His dam is a complete outcross with old lines, rarely seen, today. HW C-Blackin Chylah http://www.eljomararabians.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Chylah.html
Special thanks to Eljomar Arabians for allowing me to use their mare for my dream, come true!
No name yet-- this special colt needs a special name!

Here is a video of Rafina while she was at the University of Minnnesota, Crookston.
An overview of the progress that Rafina has made over the semester in UMC's Training and Showing program.
Made it home from Michigan with Sophia. What a long and fast trip 42 hours on the road out of 60 hours of travel time. All horses arrived safe and sound. Drove through some interesting weather. Dry and Sunny to wet and rainy and through a blizzard we went.
So since a day before our last blizzard my normal 3 mile drive has turned into a 13 mile drive to the barn. The intersection about 3/4 a mile from my house is under water. The boys drove through it on Friday and the water was to the running boards of the truck.
Here are a couple pictures my step father-in-law got with his drone.
Lots of water at Eljomar but all the horses have a dry place.
