Our PT will evaluate several simple movement patterns to discern if you have any imbalances, asymmetries or improper muscle recruitment-these tests help predict if you have an increased risk of getting a musculoskeletal injury and what is keeping you from performing at your best.
Once the impairments are identified, corrective exercises are given that are tailored specifically for you-to get you performing at your best and to help prevent injury!

Here’s a quick update on Abilene PT & Sports Rehab:
We continue to see patients in both our Abilene and Chapman clinics, as well as complete a portion of our patient care through telehealth/electronic visits.
We continue to follow all social distancing guidelines as well as complete continuous sanitation within the clinic. Everyone who enters the clinic is screened for temperature/symptoms.
