"Strength and Conditioning as well as skills will be closed tomorrow in observance of the Juneteenth federal holiday."

There will be open weightroom(by the field house) and track 8am-noon. If anyone wants to get extra work in.

Please stay active during the two week break. I will post home workouts that you can do. But also take a break and enjoy your summer. Be smart.

Summer league girls please make sure you show up to your games still!

If you are wanting to play volleyball next season this is where it starts. Need to make sure you have a physical and tank one paper work completed.

It is coed and anyone can play. Please have your team signed up by May 2nd for your shirt. If you are not worried about the shirt then may 13th would be the deadline.
