Even though it is only once a week. attending yoga class gives me something to look forward to and to get out of the house. Each class allows me to forget what happened yesterday and not worry about what is going on tomorrow. Yoga class is my time to relax and release tension in both body and mind. With one-on-one support, Pat, my instructor, specializes in "core-opening" for spinal decompression. With yoga, I find myself relaxed with less back and shoulder pain and a sense of being "self-blessed".

This very gentle, less active style of yoga is based on the concept that support allows release. It is remarkably effective and powerful!

[03/16/20]   Due to concerns for the health and wellness of everyone in the Yoga Classes, as well as the extended community, Bliss Yoga and Wellness Classes will be paused through the end of March. Meanwhile be well and stay safe. Keep up your daily asana and breathing practice.
