Our Story

Operating since Augโ€™ 16, True Cycling Studio is a family-owned business that offers fitness and wellness services to the community. Diana and Jorge are a married couple with two children, who share the same passion: Helping others improve their well-being. They created a destination where customers can experience a balanced fitness workout in an intimate and welcoming environment, with fitness and nutrition coaches to guide and motivate, and with the implementation of high-end technology.

At first, cycling and TRX classes were offered at the studio, as well as Guru bike fitting assistance. More classes were added over time such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Barre. Sports Nutrition Coaching is also available.

Diana and Jorge believe that a successful business requires sacrifice, preparation, adaptation to an everchanging environment, persistence, being passionate and compassionate, and understanding the sense of community and teamwork.
