Starting August 1st (8/1) and lasting for 2️⃣1️⃣ days we will be doing a 30 minute full body workout (everyday). Some days will be more cardio πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ, some days will be more strength based πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ but each day will be amazing and engaging!

During this challenge we will be pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone. We will work through some discomfort and sweat 😰 out all the negative thoughts the past few months have brought on.

[07/21/20]   Who has a similar feeling...

When the temperatures rise up πŸ”₯ it becomes harder and harder to muster up the motivation to start and complete the workout 🀬.

.....

I've found out that if I designate 30-60 minutes ⌚️ in the morning (or at least before 11am) then the high temperatures don't slow down my motivation 🀩.

Kicked the kids out of the pool and had the adults take over for πŸ’¦ work this morning!

Being in the water allows the joints some πŸ’€ when it comes to impact exercises.

Not only is it beneficial for your body but exercising while in the pool sure is fun‼️
