Who has a similar feeling...
When the temperatures rise up 🔥 it becomes harder and harder to muster up the motivation to start and complete the workout 🤬.
I've found out that if I designate 30-60 minutes ⌚️ in the morning (or at least before 11am) then the high temperatures don't slow down my motivation 🤩.

Kicked the kids out of the pool and had the adults take over for 💦 work this morning!
Being in the water allows the joints some 💤 when it comes to impact exercises.
Not only is it beneficial for your body but exercising while in the pool sure is fun‼️
