This driver is off to a great start to the 2020 season. In her rookie season in the Limited Latemodels at Wisconsin International Raceway she picked up her first career Latemodel win last Thursday night and is currently 8th in the points #21 Rachel Meyerhofer.
Me: Can you tell a little about yourself and how you got into racing?
Rachel: I’m 27 years old, I currently work at Eagle Graphics in Kaukauna. Racing is about my only summer hobby, but also enjoy snowmobiling in the winter. I’ve grown up around racing my entire life. My brother started racing when he was young and I always looked up to him. My first season was in 2010 in a 4 cylinder.
Me: Any achievements and or favorite memories in racing?
Rachel: I received rookie of the year in the super stock division in 2012. And was track champion in 2018 in the super stock division at WIR.
Rachel: My favorite memory was when my brother and I both won our features over Father’s Day weekend. Our dad plays a big role in our racing.
Me: Would you like to give a shout out to the sponsors and those who make it possible for you to go racing?

My dad is my biggest supporter. Without him I wouldn’t be where I am today. I definitely wouldn’t have made the jump up to late model if it wasn’t for him either. Huge thanks to My Uncle Dave for always being a phone call away. And to my fiancé Clint for the help and support. And of course my crew for everything they do, Chuck, Joe, Kevin, and Darrell.
Today was a bitter sweet day; Jordon handed the wheel off to his little brother Tyler today. Tyler had to start in the back since the truck did not make the trip to ERX.
Started 9th finished with a 6th place in his first ever MORR race event limping the truck across the finish line with a flat front right tire!

ERX is right around the corner!!
There was a little miss communication today with a schedule that was released. ERX and CORR/ISOC were using last year’s schedule for the classes and as you know we did not race out there for the last couple of years which was the decision of the sanctioning body that we raced under.
Between the several emails, messages, and phone calls, they are aware that they left us out and have apologize for that mix up.
Stock truck will be having there own race; it will not be combined this year! For the future races as in next year and so on CORR is asking for a 10 truck or better field and I know we can do it!!!
O and as for the rumor that ERX doesn’t welcome are class , we need to put that to bed. I talked with them today and they made it pretty clear they want great racing and welcome EVERYONE!!!!
With that being said go out and take some time to get more trucks in the class, for all the new trucks coming in help them out if they are in need of a few parts, tips, tricks or even sponsors!!!! The list of new trucks being built is just as big as the current trucks out there.
One last thing, in a post today there was someone that used profanity while taking about ERX, CORR, ISOC I guess all I can say to that is be professional your a racer and kids look up to you.
Thank you and let’s have a great year!!!,
ERX Motor Park
racer.com It wasn’t supposed to happen this way. For decades, off-road racing’s unlimited Pro 4 category has represented short-course racing’s holy grail – potent all-wheel-drive race trucks purpose-built to…
There is way more truth to this then most people will ever understand.... You definitely need a driver that wants it, great parts and shop time! Double even triple checking every nut and bolt. Sometimes the stupidest thing will take you out of the race like a 5 cent bolt.
Opening night last night at 141 and Robert did good !!
Some awesome photos from 141 speedway last night! Racing is back in full swing!

If anyone see this old man today wish him a happy birthday!!!!
Happy birthday Dad.
Thank you both !!!!
Tonight is the big night for the MORR banquet and we have a few company’s that need a big THANK YOU in the stock truck class!!!
The first one is Londerville Steel; they have been the class sponsor for a few years now and always put up some really good money for the class.
Second would have to be wierzba insulation llc. They came on as a additional class sponsor and match londervilles payout, making a grand total of $4,000 for class payouts.
No other classes come close to this kinda pay out so hopefully everyone is thankful for that!!!
Stock truck pays out to 10th in additional payouts for the year also !
THANK YOU to Londerville steel and weirzba insulation LLC
After having another fun year we are ready to jump into 2020!!!
