One thing I love and do a couple times a week is work with kids in the community. I started and have expanded my “fit club” to now include before school elementary classes! I’m always interested in having more private training in my gym with younger clients. If you’re child is looking for a way to get fit in between sports or just in general, private or small group sessions are such an investment in their future fitness! I’m proud to say I believe I have made an impact on kids and it’s never too young to start learning!! Some of my younger ones even train with the adults and it’s also a fantastic experience!
