🤸‍♂️What attracted you to CrossFit Reach? The intensity of the workouts, combination of cardio and power and flexible schedule

👀What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? Gotta go with burpees.

⏰Which classes during the week would someone most likely see you at? Consistently there at 5:30am M-F, trying to add Saturday mornings

👫What is your favorite CrossFit moment so far? I love every time I get to work out in pairs or teams

🎶What type of music do you enjoy working out to? Honestly, anything with a fast beat and good base.

🎬Name a favorite movie and why: My favorite of the past year was Joker- such a great performance and character study of a person on the margin of society...oh, was that too serious?

❤️Where is your favorite vacation destination? My favorite destination so far was Torres del Paine in Chile

🤓What do you do for work? I work in educational sales for a reading instructional software company

♣️What would be your dream job? I'm tempted to say I'm doing it, buuuut...I'm going to go with "royalty." Can that be considered a job? Always felt I would be good at it.

🍨What’s your favorite flavor of ice cream? Molasses cookie

👦👦What are your hobbies outside of the gym? I have two boys 5 and 7...are hobbies a thing?

😎Where did you grow up? I grew up in Hudson, NH...just a small town boy, living in a lonely world

What attracted you to CrossFit Reach?
I took time away from work to renovate my house and decided to try the 6 week challenge at Reach. I was hooked from the first day and with a short break for injury (not from the gym) I have been loving it ever since!

What is your least favorite CrossFit movement?
The assault bike. Let’s face it, it’s hell on earth and no one really likes the bike.

Which classes during the week would someone most likely see you at?
530am. It’s a great way to start the day and get moving!

What is your favorite CrossFit moment so far?
Clean and Jerks. Something about it just feels cool.

What type of music do you enjoy working out to?
L-O-U-D! And anything that is NOT Britney.

Name a favorite movie and why?
The Rock. Come on Connery kicks butt! & City of Angels. If you haven’t seen it you should and if you have, you know why already.

Where is your favorite vacation destination?
I have to say I enjoyed Crete.

What do you do for work?
I’m an IT Consultant.

What would be your dream job?
To run a technology and client services team focused on customized care.

What’s your favorite flavor of ice cream?
Coconut Almond Chip! I make my own ice cream too!

Woodworking, home improvement, my chainsaw, and never saying no to volunteering or helping.

Southern CT near the NY boarder.

What is one piece of advice that you would give to someone who is thinking about joining CrossFit Reach?
Burpees, DO EM! DO EM! Plain and simple, show up and have fun. It can be a ton of fun and extremely rewarding. Every single person wants you to succeed and is cheering for you!
