Update May 23, 2020

We know your life, and the lives of your loved ones, has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. While we remain closed, it is important for you to know that your are not far from our thoughts and well wishes. The following update went out via email, but in some cases goes directly to spam.

Gyms Designated a Phase 3 Business

With guidance from Governor Baker's office now announced, gyms have been designated a Phase 3 business in relation to the reopening of the economy in Massachusetts. This means that we will remain closed through Phases 1 and 2, each of which is slated to last a minimum of 3 weeks but subject to change based on the daily health data collected. There may be additional guidance that is issued regarding Personal Training, however as of now it is all in Phase 3. All membership dues remain on-hold until the club reopens, and the safety of our team and our members stays front and center for us.

What you can expect:
• More virtual workouts to help you stay active
• All health, safety and disinfecting requirements met and exceeded
• New protocols put in place to consistently maintain compliance with state and local requirements

We can't wait to send the email with our opening date and detail out some of the new systems we will have in place.

[03/30/20]   Today marks the end of our 2nd week of being closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We all miss seeing you at the gym and hope everyone is healthy and safe!

With the uncertainty of what our tomorrow’s will bring, working out, eating healthy, keeping an active mind, and finding purpose can be challenging. We encourage you to set daily/weekly goals. Sleep is essential to your wellness journey. Why? While you're sleeping, your body is busy at work restoring and repairing your muscles so you can continue to do all the things you love. If you don't get enough sleep, your body can't operate at its full potential. Here are some great tips that will help you make healthy happy 24/7!

Getting to the gym can be a struggle sometimes, so we recommend keeping your gym bag packed and ready to go at all times! Cross one thing off your list so you can grab your bag and head to the purple turf whenever you find the time.
