[03/13/20]   In my lifelong journey with yoga as a road of self-inquiry (as well as its many other benefits) ,I find this moment in time quite an opportunity. These are some of the question this brings up for me and possibly you as well.
Am I foolishly calm?
Am I authentically compassionate?
Am I an alarmist?
Am I a hypochondriac?
Am I selfish and hording supplies?
What do I think is important to have if I self-quarantine?
What's my attitude about money?
How do I spend my time when I am unable to teach and socialize as much as I'd like?
And on and on.....
