Dear fellow KCCL members,
It is with a heavy heart that we inform the KCCL community of the passing of our dear friend, Red Shepard. Red has been a staple at our club for decades. He set the fires that helped warm pullers and shooters alike coming in from a long cold line of shooting. No one made better coffee or popcorn than Red. He volunteered countless hours at KCCL keeping the grounds neat and a smile on our faces. His ever-smiling face will be sorely missed and always remembered at Kent County Conservation League. Our words fall short of honoring Red and his legacy.
Whether you met Red once or knew him well, you may celebrate Red with others at the Roth-Gerst Funeral Home. More details are found at the following link.
Very Respectfully and on behalf of the Board of Directors & all KCCL friends –
Friend and Manager

The annual Iron Man is back! We’ve made some changes to the format - it will run for a full weekend this year. We also added a more balanced scoring format. The Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun portion will all be worth the same amount of points. This keeps the event from being too shotgun heavy on the scoring. For more details look for the flyer on the back of the newsletter.
