Second challenge announce is for the IN GYM PROGRAM 🔥💪🏻 I will first address the notes from the judges as it was a very very very tight race between both female and male divisions.

Male winner.
Body fat reduction was on par with the rest of the fellas but his lean tissue increase along with it set him apart.

Female winner.
Your females always make it hard, good group every time. This was the deciding factor, leaner overall with appreciable lean tissue added on. The delineation between quad and ham along with arm mass increase…she’s the winner.

So with that said I’m so glad I don’t have to make these decisions, keep any favoritism out and any buddy system out. These are chosen by NPC judges with over 30+ years in bodybuilding that understand the body and everything to look for and they are very picky. So thank you so much to my judges 🫶🏻💪🏻 amazing job.
