If your mission is to lose weight by reducing fat, gain weight by building muscle, or maintain good nutrition – at Nutrition Mission, formerly The Daily Shake, we coach through personalized wellness plans that will allow you to achieve each individuals goals. Having a personal wellness coach to walk you through the process makes achieving your goals fun and stress-free. Along with our one-on-one coaching, we provide a FREE body analysis and metabolism test for all new clients. We also have interactive group support programs such as Weight Loss Challenges, Pay to Lose programs, and Fit Camp and Fitness Challenge. At Nutrition Mission ask us about our business and community in-services where we will come to you and show what this amazing nutrition has to offer.
