Myofascial Release is a self-massage technique targeting the connective tissue, used to help increase range of motion and reduce muscle soreness.
🎾 We use tennis balls to apply pressure to our muscles and it feels a lot like a deep-tissue massage 😌
🎾Join us for a SWEAT SESSION on Wednesdays at 7pm for a quick roll out at the end of class or on Fridays for Restorative Yoga and Myofascial Release.

[04/12/19]   On Fridays we do Myofascial Release. After practice, 💦 drink more water to help your body flush out toxins that have been built up in the tissues over time.
