Quick tastety salad for dinner π½οΈ
Ingredients
- Apple
- Purple cabbage
- Romain Hearts lettuce
- Sweet mini peppers
- Dressing: 1 squeezed lime juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, black pepper

Vegan oat tiramisu π
Yes you are right, it is oatmeal tiramisu style inspired
With very simple ingredients
- Roll oats soaked overnight with brew decaf coffee, chia seeds, soy milk, maple syrup
- Then top with sweet coconut Greek Yogurt and maple syrup, dark cocoa powder
You could use honey if you don't eat vegan style
Prepare and leave it in refrigerator overnight, enjoy as breakfast in the early morning π

Improves blood flow
Enhance brain focus
I'm not only doing Yoga, I combine walking in the park with weight lifting at home, dancing sometimes for fun, swimming in pool. I tried all activities as long as I find myself interested.
Move your body as much as you can and tell me how great you feel π

Split pose (Hanumanasana)
I love split, one of my favorite Yoga poses. It improves hip flexor, relieves lower back pain, stretches hamstring, and reduce stress.
Not all could do split due to different bone structure, you still benefit from the variations of this posture. Let's try half split, wide legged forward bend, low lunge, lizard pose, pyramid pose, and many more.

Vegan healthy mooncake π
I love mooncake, but it's quite expensive and unhealthy. Each typical one contains no less than 790 calories with one salted egg yolk.
With this healthy version, each only has 100 calories. It's semi sweet, going very well with a cup of tea in a rainy day. Let's enjoy yogis. Namaste π

Tree pose (Vrikshasana)
Practicing tree pose will improve your balance, strength, and mindfulness. Use your core to keep yourself balanced and stable. Remember not to put pressure on your knees and ankles. Practice safely and mindfully.

My favorite posture to stretch my lower back as well as open my hips, especially after a prolonged sitting day

My transformation after pregnancy
It's not easy since I have diastasis recti and was busy with being a mom, working full-time job, and being a full-time student
Sometimes I'm distressed as my life completely changes since I have a little baby
My body changes, it's sagging, less elastic, more wrinkles
I have less time for myself
However, I'm happy and blessed with my healthy and beautiful baby. She the best gift God has brought to us ever
I appreciate every moment with my little family
The positive energy wakes me up again
The way my husband shows love to me makes me feel special, feel that I'm the most beautiful lady in the world
Even with lots of stretch marks, which never fade
God bless us β£οΈ
I still need to work out more to keep my body stay fit, strong, flexible, and most importantly, healthy. I feel encouraged by my husband and my daughter. I am gonna be a great example for her π±

Vegan Soy Yogurt
High in protein, calcium and other vitamins
Recipe:
- 2l Soy milk (protein, vitamins and minerals fortified)
- 1/4 cups of sugar (optional)
- 100gr soy yogurt
I used the oven to ferment my yogurt, the whole process only took me 4 hours in total.
