Trivium was founded in 2016 by Ryan Muir as a refuge from big corporate gyms that lack individually customized programs and a personal community.

Trivium provides training, nutrition, and stretching programs - all under one roof.

Our personal training specialists focus on individual's needs and our trainers have been hand-picked for their remarkable ability to improve strength, speed, power, mobility, agility, and weight loss. In short, we specialize in building healthier lifestyles.Our goal at Trivium will always be to teach others the skills needed for personal success; but also how to take that knowledge and apply it to their everyday life.

Due to the current situation around the world, we are asking that if any clients are feeling sick in any manner to let us know and we will happily reschedule you. We all have to work together during these times not only to protect ourself but also those that may have compromised immune systems. Washing your hands or sanitizing them immediately before coming into the gym is recommended. Luckily we arent a big corporate gym with 1000s of members so I dont suspect a problem. We will be open until told otherwise.

The body evolved to have 5 predominant movements: Pushing, Pulling, Hip-Hinging, Squatting, and Core Stabilization. We work to incorporate these five predominant movements into your overall workouts in order to accomplish the best results for you: weight loss, building muscle mass, increasing flexibility, or eliminating pain by strengthening complementary muscle groups.

In regards to the pulling Movement Patterns, this will include but not limited to moving a load/weight vertical or horozontal in relation to the torso, or at least in that direction. Pull exercises normally means its movements create shoulder extension and/or adduction with elbow flexion (pulling). Performing specific movements with someone educated in kinesiology only works to your advantage: no more guessing if you’re doing it right and no more poor form.
