"Agoura Hills' Friendly Little Yoga Studio"

We warmly welcome you into our wonderful community at Yoga Upstairs. We offer various styles of yoga classes, which include; gentle, Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa flow, restorative and basic yoga. Our compassionate and skilled teachers offer individualized yoga instruction to help guide your personal exploration of yoga. Our naturally lit studio has bamboo floors, yoga rope walls and an ample amount of props: mats, blankets, belts, bolsters, blocks, sand bags and chairs. Besides the physical aspect of yoga, which helps to steady and quiet the mind, some of our classes offer a period of silent meditation. We also provide classes, which are suitable for beginners and seniors. Our yoga workshops and events provide the opportunity for students to deepen their practice and experience our diverse community.

Head, Neck, Hands, and Feet Thai Massage Workshop with Kineret

Come for DEEP RELAXATION as you RECEIVE and GIVE Thai massage sequences for relaxing the Head, Neck, Hands, and feet. The hands, feet, and scalp are rich in nerve endings and acupressure points. The hands, feet, and ears contain reflexology points that correspond to the entire body.

This massage sequence is great for relieving tired computer eyes, strained eyes, headaches, typing fingers, tight shoulders, and tired feet. It will also rejuvenate the whole body with acupressure presses.

Come with a partner or be partnered up in class. Wear comfortable loose clothes or yoga clothes. Kineret studied Thai massage in Thailand in 2002. In 2007, she began practicing in the United States and took several trainings with her teacher, Deon De Wet. She worked in an acupuncture office since 2009 doing Thai yoga therapy.

Cost: $30 per person, $55 per pair/couple (2)
