Shared 'Aiea Body and Brain with my mainland associates, in Physical Education, on the benefits of mind, body and spirit, the fitness philosophy of Physical Education. The instructions under the direction of Master Park address physical education's health-related fitness components: cardio, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition. The Dahn Yoga also focus on balance and coordination, skill-related fitness. The focus on the core is directly related to my PE, weight lifting and dance classes. The core strength is potential energy and can protect the source of energy as long as movement form is correct and appropriate. Mahalo for great enlightenment and quality of life!

Do you believe in yourself?
If you don't believe in yourself, it will be very difficult to have positive beliefs about the world and life. But, when you have the belief that you can become a better person, you will have a belief that a better life and a better world will happen for you.

How can you have faith in yourself?
First, you must know your true value, your unchanging value. And more importantly, put it into practice in your life.
If you only say this but don't take any action, your conscience cannot trust you. Trust comes from the unity of words and actions. Just like exercising to build muscle, you can practice trusting every day.

Of course, you can't master this all at once, but don't be in a hurry and just be happy when you do it with sincere, steady practice. Also, if you can't do it, you just have to acknowledge the present and learn from that experience.

By using your "trust" muscles, you will gain the power to put our thoughts into action. That will give you confidence in yourself where you can truly believe in yourself.

How can we meet the consciousness that creates natural healing power?
To meet that consciousness, you need to know energy. When you feel energy, you can meet the consciousness that can create natural healing power. If you don't feel energy, you won't be able to meet that consciousness.

What happens if I can't feel energy?
You can't feel energy when you're in an emotional state. The moment you feel energy, your emotions are in a zero state. It is in this consciousness that your body's natural healing power moves vigorously.

The key to using our brains is utilizing that bright consciousness from an emotionless state. It is a very pure consciousness, the light of light.
Anyone can achieve such a pure state of consciousness with training.
