Don’t wait until the last minute to plan for your Memorial Day get togethers this year!!! Let me help you by taking away some of the work cooking, so you can enjoy more time with family and friends as we honor the sacrifices made for this country by the men and women of our military.

I will be offering pulled pork, ribs and brisket for Memorial Day. Pulled pork will be available by the pound ($12/lb) or you can get a whole butt ($60). Ribs will be $30/ slab. Brisket will be $25/lb. Whole brisket available as well. Orders mist be placed by May 22nd. Let me know how much I can cook for you!!!

Had the pleasure of cooking and providing lunch to the wonderful staff at Oakwood-windsor Elementary for teacher appreciation. We love the staff and all that they do for our children.

We had a great time seeing everyone today and getting to meet a lot of new people as well. We sold out of all meats thanks to y’all and your amazing support! We will set up again in the near future so please share our page and invite your friends to follow us well so you will know the when we are setting up. Also want to give a huge shout out to Woody Outfitters for their hospitality and allowing us to set up there today!

We are set up and have been busy since we got here!!! Don’t worry though we still have chopped brisket and pulled pork left so come on by before we run out. We are also selling the meat by the pound.
