Still no power in my area guys but the goal for today is to get more content recorded and posted as soon as possible.
Let God and love guide you, not fear.
Which season of your life are you going to pick to start going after your goals?
Every true vision only has one believer first.
Still pursue the vision.
Think about it, if you have everyone around you then you are apart of the crowd.
Be alone, that’s when you find your true self.
Every once in a while you might have a day that seems impossible to get through. It is okay to have those days. It is all apart of life. Just have to stay on the high need of low moments. I’ve learned that when I have those days to show up despite of how I am feeling in that moment. Those days come to test you. It’s way too easy to start feeling sorry for yourself and say “I’ve been working out consistently, I’m going to take the day off”. No. That particular day is most important for you to show up. You will feel so much better about yourself if you did that. Prove to yourself that you are more than capable. Boost your confidence and trust in yourself. On these days I test myself by doing a “Gut Check” session. Something I normally would not do in my training that is challenging. Test your mind. Test your discipline. Test your integrity. Test your heart.
