Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course, located 7 miles west of Ainsworth, Ne features 3,005 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. The 9-hole course has a rating of 35.7 and it has a slope rating of 121 on Blue grass. Ainsworth golf course opened in 1950.

Hey everyone, we're going to have our spring work/cleanup day at the golf course this Saturday, starting at 9:00am and will go until we are done. As you all know, without volunteer help, our course would not be near as nice and well kept as it is. So please, put on some work clothes, grab some gloves and come on out and help us clean the course so we can have a great year. Oh yeah, we will be feeding all the workers too!

Can you believe that May will be here next week? June follows and with June comes the Brown County Hospital Annual Fund Raiser Golf Tournament. The tournament will be Friday, 21 June, with a 10:00am shotgun start. $200 team entry fee, or you can sponsor a hole for $200, or do both! Also, if you would like to donate anything that could be used as a door prize, that would be great too. We always have a great time at this tournament, and as usual, you entry fee will include golf, mulligans, opportunity hole and a meal at the end. Door Prizes and flag prizes, betting hole and more. So come on out, play a round of golf, or not, but treat yourself to a steak. Steve will be grilling Ribeyes, Flat Irons and Windsor Loins for you pork lovers.. They're back! The Ainsworth Golf Course will be starting their Steak Nights again, on 5 April and Hamburger nights will begin on Tuesday, April 9.
