The Aitkin Anglers had their 3rd conference tournament for the MN High School B.A.S.S. league on Lake Vermillion on Thursday, July 16th. This tournament placed two boats in the State Championship Tournament Sept 12-13th on Leech Lake. Noah Moss and Colton Weimer placing 3rd in overall points, and Lenny and Noah Hughes at 5th. Dawson Weimer and Gauge Tscheu fished hard and earned the opportunity to fish the Last Chance Qualifier tournament on Monday, August 3rd on Sturgeon Lake. Great work anglers and good luck with your upcoming tournaments!

⚖️Live weigh ins begin at 2:00pm and results should be posted later this afternoon.

Two of our Junior anglers boats had a new experience today! They participated in the Junior BASS Nation tournament on Lake Minnewawa in McGregor today with live weigh-ins.

This is a great experience and teaches proper fish care and handling!

Looks like they had a great day on the water and got out just before the rain hit!
