đź’•Today was very special to us đź’•

Ed,
From the bottom of our family’s hearts, thank you for the incredible impact you have made through the Warrior Of The Game program. What you are doing for kids and families is truly special, and words honestly cannot express how much it means to us.

The support, kindness, and friendship that came from this experience have been nothing short of amazing. You didn’t just create a program — you created hope, encouragement, and memories that families like ours will carry forever.

What you did for Emily, and for so many others, will never be forgotten. Your compassion and the way you pour into these kids speaks volumes about the kind of man you are. And your daughter Rylee is just as special to us — a reflection of the amazing heart behind your family.

Thank you for believing in these kids, for lifting people up, and for making a difference in ways bigger than you probably even realize.

With sincere gratitude and respect,
Andrew & Marianne Straley & Family

What a day for the Lady 330 organization.
Our 16U Lady 330 Red squad and our 18U Lady 330 Blue team went head-to-head in an absolute battle from start to finish. It was a complete shootout with momentum swinging both ways until the final moments, when the 18U squad made one last big-time play to pull off the victory.
The talent, energy, competitiveness, and heart shown by BOTH teams was incredible to watch. Huge shoutout to every single player that stepped on the field tonight, but especially our pitching staffs. The grit, composure, and toughness shown in pressure moments was outstanding. You all represented this organization the right way, and we could not be more proud of you.
And now let’s talk about the “tator tots” of the organization — our 12U Lady Bombers.
These girls stepped up and competed at the 14U level today and proved they belong. Going 1-1 on the day against older competition says a lot about the future of this program. The pitching was strong, the bats came alive, and the defense was absolutely incredible. The confidence, hustle, and fight these young ladies showed was something special.
This organization is being built the right way — hard work, development, family, and competing with heart no matter who is across the field.
Super proud of every player, every coach, and every family that continues to believe in what we are building at Lady 330. The future is bright.

Lady 330 Bomber 12U had a strong weekend against some very tough competition. The girls battled hard in a tough 10-7 loss to MTS Shamrocks, showing grit by jumping out early and continuing to fight the entire game. They followed that up with a huge 7-1 win over Clutch Elite, led by an outstanding performance from Hailey in the circle with 12 strikeouts.

This team should be proud of the weekend they put together. Just like the Jackson tournament where the three teams we played finished 1-2-3, this weekend was no different. The Shamrocks team we lost to is playing in the finals, and the Madness team we tied is also in the finals. That says a lot about the level of competition these girls stepped onto the field against — and they proved they belong.

There is still work to do, and we know that, but the growth, effort, attitude, and fight this weekend were something to be proud of. Keep your heads up and keep smiling girls — you did GOOD. Proud of this group and excited to keep building.

To all of our Lady 330 girls — never forget that you were given a talent and purpose by God, and no single high school season, coach, or roster decision defines your future. Sometimes things in high school athletics play out very differently than expected, and that’s just part of the journey.

If a coach cannot fully see your value, heart, work ethic, or potential, that is not the end of your story. Keep believing in yourself. Keep grinding. Keep showing up. The right people will notice the things that truly matter.

At Lady 330, we love every one of you and we are committed to helping you grow both on and off the field. We will push you, challenge you, support you, and most importantly — make sure you continue to love the game while competing at a high level.

If your dream is to play college softball, know this: we will help prepare you for that opportunity. The work you put in now, the adversity you overcome, and the attitude you carry will matter far more in the long run than one high school season.

Stay positive. Work hard. Keep your confidence high. High school ball is only the beginning — consider it the warmup for what is going to be an exciting and competitive summer travel season.

We believe in all of you more than you know.

FROM LADY 330 TO THE COLLEGE STAGE

This is why we do what we do.

Another Lady 330 athlete is leveling up — and it’s well earned.

Eleana Falkner is officially taking her talents to the next level, continuing her athletic career at Pennsylvania College of Technology.

What people don’t always see is the grind behind this moment…
Early mornings. Long weekends. Extra reps. Showing up when it’s hard.

Ele brought that mindset every time she stepped on the field, and now it’s opening doors at the collegiate level where she’ll compete in NCAA Division III Volleyball while pursuing her future in Dental Hygiene.

That’s the standard. That’s the expectation. That’s Lady 330.

We don’t just build players — we build athletes ready for what’s next.

Proud of you, Ele. Go make noise at the next level. We are all very proud of you .

Love,
330 family
