Pilates' training system is a mind-body approach to physical conditioning. Pilates is taught in two formats. [06/23/17]   Congratulations too our WALK THE PLANK group, led by Laura celik (captain). We won the Ohio Erie Canal step contest. We had 29 people and we walled over 1.1 million steps in 4 weeks! Very fun!!
