Core Interval: 30 sec. work/10 sec. rest 1. Weighted sit up toe touch (1 side, I used 5 lb. db) 2. Weighted sit up toe touch (other side) 3. Elevated kettle bell squat with straight arm overhead raise (core tight, shoulders back) 4. Seated leg raises over dumbbells(lean back on hands or forearms) 5. Medicine ball plank press ups (keep pelvis tucked, back flat) 6. Ab wheel(use your CORE not arms/legs) 7. Arm hang ball knee tucks(use weighted ball, I used a 10lb slam ball, db or med ball works too!) 2x through (14 moves) = 1 set. Rest 2-3 mins. AWESOME job at the stations tonight!! WEIGH INS were tonight, and we had some AMAZING results already after 2 weeks...down in weight, increase in muscle mass, and decrease in body fat %!! If you did not weigh in, please get a hold of me so I can weigh you in tomorrow! Make sure we are exercising AND eating better! If we don't fuel our bodies correctly, the hard work we do exercising won't matter and the best results will be tougher to achieve! Keep it up ladies!! You all are kicking ass!! #inspirefitness
