On the Crossfit Masters' site the question was asked if we were still attending our original BOX and how long. Since it is a closed group, my response wasn't allowed to be linked or shared, I am sharing with you....I think we have a pretty special box! Approaching 8 years or so, since I started CF. Our box, CrossFit Utility, is in its 3rd home as we kept outgrowing it. This year, one of our members, Cliff Musgrave came in as the Fittest 50 yr old in the World at the 2018 CF Games! We have a great community, a strength side and yoga on Sundays. CFU is open 7 days (Sunday is open gym and yoga), including most holidays usually doing a hero WOD. There are several classes most days in the mornings and in the afternoons. Most recently a massage therapist provides services. We have fundraisers and have even had a couple weddings as a result of athletes meeting at our CF. Many in the group are firefighters, including the owner Doug Price, EMTs and other health care providers. It was late when I responded and I didn't acknowledge our 17 or so terrific trainers ( master's memory lapse), so here's to you all! Thanks for your support to help us 'masters' to be able to share!
CrossFit 330 is hosting our annual 330 Throwdown on Saturday, November 4th. This year we are doing M/F Partners in RX, Scaled and Master's Divisions. Would love to see some of your athlete's come out to compete. You can sign up at the following link

Hey, I have a bunch of old heavy equipment and military tires for sale. I'm on 1027 Hazel St. Akron, Oh and I've got a bunch of tires that would be great for flipping. I honestly never though to sell them to Cross Fitters until a guy called me about them yesterday. He recomended I post these to different cross fit places to see if anyone was interested.
