Hi I'm Kara Robinson and I run Fit Happens! After finding fitness in 2008 and years of training with a personal trainer myself I decided to turn what I really love doing, working out, into a career! So, in 2014 I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Now my dream is to help and encourage others the way that I was helped and encouraged! Basically, I will load up my car with the gear and equipment that is needed for each session and come to you. So, there are no more excuses of not wanting to leave the house and drive somewhere! Does anybody think they would be willing to add a scoop to their food!? I'm saying sure...I will try anything once!

This is a great read. As a lot of you know, I am pro carb! Your body loves those little guys...and they come in very healthy choices :) For me, I do have to follow a FODMAP diet (per doctor) that restricts some of my choices but I make sure to make up for things I may miss in one food with another food that is good for me. What kind of eating plan do you follow? Why do you follow it? Does it help you? Is it the trendy thing? The most important part is sticking to it and making it a healthy eating habit and not a "diet"
