Happy Meet the Instructors Monday! Today’s spotlight instructor is… ✨ Laney ✨! Laney enjoys crafting ✂️, listening to music 🎧, and working out 💪. She can be found in the gym on her days off! Laney’s favorite artist is Zach Bryan and favorite show is Jane the Virgin 📺. Her favorite thing about PGB is the friends she’s made! Her advice to new members of PGB is “Capitalize on the opportunity to try new and uncomfortable things”. Stay tuned to meet our other knockout instructors! 🥊

Today was about testing ourselves, supporting each other, and bringing everything we had. Every participant gave it their all — from Tier 1 to Tier 6.
Huge congrats to our newest members of tiers 2, 3, 4, 6, & 7! This community is something special! We cannot wait to see you back in the spring! 🥊❤️

Happy Meet the Instructors Monday! Today’s spotlight instructor is… ✨ Nicole ✨! Nicole enjoys hanging out with friends 👯‍♀️, cooking 👩‍🍳, and working out with her boyfriend in the rec center 💪. She can be found in her apartment cleaning or cooking on her days off! Nicole’s favorite artist is Ross Lynch and his band, The Driver Era, and favorite show is Siren. Her favorite thing about PGB is the open minded and fun people, they are a great group of people who allow her to be herself. Her advice to new members of PGB is “Go into the class with an open mind! Meet new people and try to open up a little, it makes it more fun!”.
