We begin with creating a loving, comfortable space for grievers to appreciate their grief and share a little about their experience, followed by a Chakra meditation, and two yoga sequences. The Chakra meditation allows grievers to get in touch with their grief and discover where in their body and energy it may be affecting them. We include restorative yoga poses to allow the participants to absorb all the benefits of the workshop.
