We study and learn as a team to grow our level of collective skills. Our goal is to provide the highest quality coaching & therapy maximizing the unique skills of our trainers and practitioners. We DO NOT have a owner, manager, investor, or partner!! We choose the systems we utilize not for economic gain...but because they are the best!! Who We Are; We are a collective group of independent contractors who integrate our various experience and skills. We have wide array of education between us including collegiate, secondary, and specialty sports/rehabilitation training. We all have sports backgrounds including division 1 college, international martial arts, and national & regional power and strength. How We're Different; We understand the meaning of the expression "Do things FOR your clients...not to them". It all starts with the initial assessment of movement, posture and muscle availability. We look to stimulate the functionality of the nervous system, as well as the muscular system to facilitate optimal performance. Compensation, weakening of systems, strain patterns, and movement " threat" are all controlled at the origins of command, the nervous system. The proper "prescription" of reps, sets, and tempo ( speed of execution) dictate wether a workout will cause your body to "respond"or "react". We understand how to integrate these components into your sport/activity to override the performance limiting forces!!
