[05/09/19]   Due to weather conditions, Coach John is unable to make it tonight and Coach Rob is out with a knee injury so we have to cancel the kids class today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Coach Rob and Coach John both have appointments out of town today and unfortunately we have to cancel the Grizzly Kids class today. See you all tomorrow.

Come help support our local mma fighter Omar Gonzalez as he makes his pro boxing debut this Saturday at Arapahoe county fairgrounds in Aurora. Tickets are only $35 and coach Miguel Hurtado will be at Grizzly MMA tonight with tickets if you would like to purchase some.

[11/19/18]   Due to Thanksgiving this week, coach John will not be able to coach the kids class this week and it will be cancelled. However, coach Robert Gallegos may be able to coach it Tuesday and Wednesday and will post it early in the day each day if he can or cannot make it.
