Mashed potatoes, step aside. It's cauliflower's time to shine!
Here's what you'll need:
1 head of cauliflower, steamed
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1T olive oil
1T cream cheese
pepper, to taste
Steam cauliflower and garlic until tender. Then, pulse until well incorporated in food processor and add cream cheese, butter, salt and olive oil. It's simple and delicious!
