The Fuse Fitness was created to offer the community an alternative and exciting new way of working out—a pragmatic approach that combines a variety of fitness techniques and ultimately meets your fitness needs and goals, your motivation, and your schedule. As fitness professionals with over 10 years of experience in the community, we decided to open The Fuse so that you can explore a diverse workout program with more meaning, quality and function. We recognize that after giving your employer and family 100 percent of your time and energy during the day, you deserve a release and need a creative, engaging way to stay fit, healthy and look good. These days there are too many cardio and body-sculpting fitness classes and workout regimens that are one-dimensional, monotonous and built around the idea of achieving strength in idealized positions dictated by gym equipment. We realized the need for a more well-rounded way of exercising and thinking about fitness, and quite simply, we were bored of conventional workouts. The Fuse Fitness concept revolves around practical, real-life activities and exercises that give you a complete and total-body workout. Each class is a fusion of: • Core Stability • Balance • Strength • Flexibility • Endurance • Speed • Agility • Power At The Fuse we set our standards high! Our level of commitment begins by giving you classes led by fitness professionals with experience as both nationally certified personal trainers and certified group exercise instructors.
