Day 21 March MATness Teaser Pilates clients begin with using momentum by moving their legs with their torso they to the V sit position. Intermediate clients use their muscles and not momentum to get up, they then continue to hold their legs as they control the torso back to the mat. Advanced clients continue to use the intermediate principles but remove the rest and return right back to the teaser position. What each exercise looks like for beginners, intermediate and advance students. As with all our workouts we begin with the #hundred. Beginners start with a bent knee, they progress to a high diagonal and eventually lower down to a 45 degrees and finally end with a couple inches off the ground.
