Today I had the #privilege of running bootcamp for some #awesome youngsters. Working with these #kids reminds me of a time when the #choices I made weren't so good for my life. They remind me of a #time when my #energy was directed at the wrong things. I see #light in every one of them and each one of them is an individual with #limitless potential. They laugh. They dance. They joke. They're just kids.

I #love getting texts like this from clients!Following a severe #skiing accident, this woman went through intense #physical therapy. Although she has full range of motion, her #muscles have atrophied and it has affected #balance in her spine and hips. Through corrective exercise, we have started to activate those muscles and establish a mind/muscle connection.
