Fat Tire Cycles presents: Race Ready with Woody – an educational and entertaining series geared at preparing your body and mind for your next athletic challenge, be it a 5-mile Bosque ride or an International Triathlon.

Join Triathlete Elisa Woody as she shares her experience and advice in the second of our three-part series. In this second session, learn about interval training, hill climbing, threshold training, and endurance nutrition.

This event includes a one hour talk followed by a Q&A session. It will take place at Fat Tire Cycles - Corrales at 4pm on Monday, February 19th (President's Day).

Stay tuned for Session 3, scheduled for March 27th, where Woody will tackle getting race ready, tapering, and getting ready for race day

Each session of the series stands alone; attend any one session or all three!
