The answer is that the quicker your muscles can recover, the quicker they will grow. If that’s really the case, our focus should be on how to help them recover quicker and more efficiently so that we can get the results we desire.


Tip #1 - Workouts 🏋️‍♀️. Don’t do the same workouts every day, or even every week. It’s important to mix up your workouts and target different muscles so that they can have adequate time to rebuild themselves.
