Hi there! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a gym update and I’ve realized a lot of people don’t realize I am a coach.
I’m Katelynn, I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 8 years and a certified nutritionist for over 2. I am certified through NASM as a personal trainer and virtual coach, a CrossFit L1 coach, Precision Nutrition L1, and am certified in behavior change through PN as well. I have a biology and chemistry degree from UNM where I focused on biochemistry, anatomy, and physics, which has given me a strong understanding of how the human body works and moves.
I have competed in CrossFit, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and equestrian sports. I have had about all the injuries you can think of and love helping others work through those and perform at their best.
I have trained a wide variety of clients and absolutely love seeing the positive impact physical health and wellness can have on confidence and mental health. I truly believe that overall health is more than just a workout and with this approach have helped countless people feel more confident in their body and be stronger.
After training out of my self-owned private studio the past four years I have made the decision to be housed out of moving forward.
