In this course we will cover a little anatomy and function of the Shoulder Complex alongside common injuries of the shoulder.
Gain an understanding of how shoulders can limit exercises such as push ups, pull ups, planks and overhead movements.
We will test shoulder mobility and stability and go over some self treatment techniques to both repair a painful shoulder as well as prevent future shoulder injuries
Gaining an understanding of all of the components of the shoulder and the possible causes of pain is often the most powerful treatment of all. Knowledge is power!
