Class Schedule for March!!

As always Thea will be at Los Volcanes Senior Center on Tuesday and Thursdays! Los Volcanes is a Senior Center on South Course, membership to the gym is $20 and then Pilates with Thea is $5!

Great class great deal.

If you can't make it Tuesdays and Thursday, don't worry starting February Thea is offering a class virtually! Starting in February Thea will be offering a virtual Pilates Classes! This will be an hour long Pilates class starting at 5:30 pm on Mondays and 1 pm on Fridays. It will start with balance and then we will get on the mat and we will work on a Pilates sequence on our mat. This class will be donation based, the asking donation is $7 a class. If you have always wanted to Add Pilates to your life, here is your chance!
