The Movement + Mentorship = Metamorphosis (M3) program is one of Keshet’s longest running programs, launched in 1997.
Our professional dancers and teachers bring a unique movement curriculum to youth who are incarcerated in the State of New Mexico, to provide mentorship and community through dance and choreography.
Keshet artists continue to work with the students through pre- and post-release from the facilities.
When you make a donation to Keshet, you support equitable education for all of Albuquerque’s students and help to make their voices heard.

Movement for Mercy is co-created by Keshet Dance Company, members of Keshet’s Arts & Justice Youth Leadership Council, and currently incarcerated students within Keshet’s M3 Program (Movement + Mentorship = Metamorphosis).
"The Opportunity Youth Forum is comprised of a network of over three dozen urban, rural, and tribal communities seeking to scale multiple reconnection pathways that achieve better outcomes in education and employment for opportunity youth."
Thank you to Aspen Forum for Community Solutions for the inspiring work you ignite! Here is a small excerpt from our time there.
