Today we wrapped up Trainer Talk/90-Day Weight Loss Challenge at the gym! The group collectively lost a total of 45 pounds, but more importantly, they learned about choices, making the decision, resistance training, muscles and joints, and explored different types of diets, juicing, and good fats/bad fats. In our last class today, we shared tips on Surviving the Holidays. Throughout the course, we had FUN! Congratulations to the participants! You guys are truly amazing! Margaret Garcia/Trainer
