Today we wrapped up Trainer Talk/90-Day Weight Loss Challenge at the gym! The group collectively lost a total of 45 pounds, but more importantly, they learned about choices, making the decision, resistance training, muscles and joints, and explored different types of diets, juicing, and good fats/bad fats.
