Phillipians 4:13 Conditioned by Kelly Tekin is Albuquerque and Rio Rancho's premier training facility for athletes, providing sport-specific performance training by degreed and certified performance coaches and trainers.
Our physical preparation programs are designed to take the athlete to a new level of development in his or her sport. Sport-specific training programs offer each athlete the opportunity to enhance speed, power, multi- directional quickness, conditioning, and flexibility through a combination of strength training, Tread Sled training and plyometric/agility work. These 60-minute sessions are designed specifically for the individual athlete's needs offering the individualized instruction necessary to improve performance.
Mission: Conditioned by Kelly Tekin is committed to helping athletes and nonathletes reach their goals through the acute responses and chronic adaptations of the body to the stresses of exercise by implementing periodized training programs with proper nutrition and supplementation resulting in optimal health and performance.
