I'm looking for something a little shaded and possibly unpaved.
Good for him! I have no interest in doing any sort of marathon running, certainly not 2 a day for 45 days straight.
This Man Is About to Set a New FKT on the Appalachian Trail Up at 4 a.m., then run the equivalent of two marathons before dusk. Now repeat that for 45 days.
While it may seem true that men can lose weight faster than women I want to caution you against focusing solely on weight, which is really just telling you how much force gravity is exerting on you.

Oh silly me. I thought maybe regularly running for 25 minutes at 6000ft would help me run for 35 minutes at 5000ft. Sadly I did not make it around The Academy this morning.
