Good for him! I have no interest in doing any sort of marathon running, certainly not 2 a day for 45 days straight.

[03/20/18]   I'm so over online courses. I'm a self-described self-help junkie and I love learning new ways to understand myself, my business, my craft, BUT these days everyone and their brother is offering an online course.

"Sign up today, enrollment open until tonight, don't miss out, create your best self ever for only $497..." Sound familiar?

They promise you the moon and stars, they promise you "real transformation" and what you get is an online course with a weekly email, and access to a private Facebook group. But there is no accountability for them. Sure they want to see you do well but mostly once the payment is in they are only looking to sell you their next thing (usually membership in their private community with a monthly billing option).

I'm a big believer in personal interaction for this reason. I don't do online coaching or online classes. We interact in person, in real time, every time. My attention is on you every time you come in. You still have to do the work, but I'm there with you every step of the way to encourage you, rather than leaving you to your workout and shouting "good job" while I'm working to monetize my next program.

Exercise is usually OK if your symptoms are all "above the neck." These signs and symptoms include those you may have with a common cold, such as a runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing or minor sore throat.

Consider reducing the intensity and length of your workout. Instead of going for a run, take a walk, for example.

Don't exercise if your signs and symptoms are "below the neck," such as chest congestion, a hacking cough or upset stomach.

Don't exercise if you have a fever, fatigue or widespread muscle aches.
